Return and Exchange Procedures
Average delivery time is 10 days or less from the day you order.
We start processing orders as soon as they are received so we cannot modify or cancel after the order is placed.
PLEASE PACKAGE YOUR RETURN PROPERLY:
- Pack equipment loosely to prevent wrinkling – DO NOT CRUSH
- Sparring gear must be returned in a box NOT a paper envelope
- Leave straps unfastened not wrapped around it.
- Enclose your Order ID: #
- If payment for return shipping is not included then we will have to refund your order minus shipping fees.
- You do not need to go through Amazon to do a return or exchange.
The fastest way to do an exchange it to purchase the item you would like to exchange it for and then send back the original for a refund.
What You May Return
*You may return new merchandise suitable for resale within 30 days; this does not include anything that has been washed, worn, altered, or soiled or damaged.
*No Returns accepted past 30 days.
What You Can’t Return
*Merchandise not suitable for return includes:
*Merchandise that has been worn
*Merchandise that has been washed
*Merchandise that has been altered, soiled, smells like cigarette, damaged or covered in pet hair
*Sparring equipment that is packed too tightly or with straps wrapped around it , which permanently changes the shape or smooth surface of the products
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery of the item. We will gladly accept returns of unworn martial arts uniforms, shoes and sparring gear, provided that it is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
A 20% restock may be charged if the item is not returned in new condition with the original manufacturer’s package, shoe box or plastic bags.
FREE Shipping- Anything bought with FREE shipping or Punching Bags with Shipping will be charged a 20% restock fee if returned. This includes Punching Bags sent back as Refused or Return to Sender.
To return an item to our company, please enclose a copy of the Invoice stating your reason for return.
If you want an exchange of an item, the best way to do it is to send back the original item for a refund and buy the size or color you would like to exchange it for from the online store.
If we mailed you an item other than what you ordered, we will pay the shipping both ways. Our mistake. (item not fitting is not an error). But if you ordered the incorrect size then you are responsible for your own shipping both ways.
